Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 16, 2026

Welcome to NextGen Handymen. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nextgenhandymen.com and your interactions with NextGen Handymen. By using our website, requesting an estimate, contacting us, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

NextGen Handymen provides handyman, repair, maintenance, installation, painting, drywall, plumbing-related, electrical-related, and other home improvement services throughout the Denver Metro Area.

The availability, scope, pricing, scheduling, and specific terms of any service may vary by project. The details contained in an approved estimate, proposal, invoice, work order, or other written agreement will apply to that particular project.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through our website, by phone, by email, or in person may be based on the information available at the time the estimate is prepared.

Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, additional work is requested, unexpected conditions are discovered, materials or specifications change, or information provided before the project is incomplete or inaccurate.

Any changes to the scope or price of a project may require additional approval before the additional work is completed.

Scheduling and Access

Appointment times and project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, previous appointments, unforeseen project conditions, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and work areas necessary for us to perform the requested services.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the project, property, and requested services.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers should remove or protect valuable, fragile, or personal items located near the work area before services begin.

Customers should inform NextGen Handymen of any known hazards, concealed conditions, utility issues, structural concerns, or other circumstances that may affect the safe completion of the work.

Payments

Payment terms will be communicated through the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or other agreement associated with the project.

Customers agree to pay all amounts properly charged for services, labor, materials, and approved additional work according to the payment terms provided for the project.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact NextGen Handymen as soon as reasonably possible.

Any project-specific cancellation, deposit, material, or rescheduling terms communicated when the project is scheduled or approved will apply to that project.

Project Conditions

Home repair and improvement projects may occasionally reveal conditions that were not visible or reasonably identifiable before work began. These may include water damage, electrical issues, plumbing issues, structural concerns, deterioration, mold, pest damage, code-related issues, or other concealed conditions.

If unexpected conditions are discovered, additional work or changes to the project may be recommended or required before the original work can be safely completed.

Third-Party Materials and Products

Certain projects may involve products, fixtures, appliances, materials, or components manufactured or supplied by third parties.

Manufacturer warranties, when applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.
